1. Veri sorumlusu ve veri işleyen
Katıldığınız eğitimi ya da toplantıyı düzenleyen kurum / işveren veri sorumlusudur; adı oturuma girerken ekranda gösterilir. Platformu sağlayan (“OculaMeet”) kurum adına ve kurumun talimatıyla veri işleyen olarak hareket eder.
2. Hangi verileriniz işlenir?

Görüntünüz, sesiniz ve ekran içeriği kaydedilmez. Katılımcı olarak kameranızın görüntüsü hiç kimseye iletilmez.
3. Dikkat ve yorgunluk ölçümü (yalnızca açık rızayla)
- Kameranızın görüntüsü cihazınızdan çıkmaz; tarayıcınız görüntüden yalnızca sayısal ölçümler hesaplar: göz kırpma sıklığı, göz kapağı kapanma oranı, baş ve bakış yönelimi, esneme. Yüz şablonu oluşturulmaz, kimlik tespiti yapılmaz, duygu çıkarımı yapılmaz.
- Bu sayılar eğitmenin tarayıcısına doğrudan ve şifreli iletilir (sunucuya uğramaz). Eğitmen ekranında adınız gösterilmez (“K-numarası”) ve bireysel kartlar ancak en az 5 katılımcı ölçüme katılıyorsa görünür. Teknik olarak eğitmenin tarayıcısı verinin hangi bağlantıdan geldiğini bilir; arayüz bunu isimle eşleştirmez ve kaydetmez.
- Sunucuda bireysel ölçüm saklanmaz. Katılım kaydına yalnızca, en az 5 kişinin katıldığı dakikaların toplu ortalaması yazılır.
- Kendi sonuçlarınızı yalnızca siz görürsünüz ve isterseniz cihazınıza indirebilirsiniz.
- Rıza verip vermediğiniz eğitmene ve kuruma gösterilmez; rıza kaydı (sürüm, zaman, geri alma sayısı) yalnızca sizin ve hukuki ispat gerektiğinde platform yöneticisinin erişebileceği ayrı bir kayıtta tutulur.
- Rıza vermek tamamen isteğe bağlıdır. Vermezseniz oturuma aynı şekilde katılırsınız; katılım kaydınız aynen tutulur. Rızanızı oturum sırasında tek dokunuşla geri alabilirsiniz.

5. Aktarım
- Veri sorumlusu kurum: katılım kaydı ve rapor.
- Alt veri işleyenler: Google (Firebase — veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, barındırma; veriler Avrupa Birliği'ndeki veri merkezlerinde, “eur3” bölgesi) ve Cloudflare (bağlantı rölesi — yalnızca şifreli medya akışı geçer, içerik çözülemez). Bu aktarımlar yurt dışına aktarım niteliğindedir ve KVKK md. 9'daki güvencelere (standart sözleşme) dayanır.
- Yetkili kamu kurumlarına, yalnızca kanunen zorunlu hâllerde.
6. Toplama yöntemi
Veriler, oturuma giriş formu ve platformun çalışması sırasında elektronik ortamda, otomatik yollarla toplanır.
7. Saklama süresi
- Bağlantı kurma mesajları: 24 saat içinde otomatik silinir.
- Katılım kaydı: kurum ile OculaMeet arasındaki sözleşme süresince tutulur. Sözleşme sona erdiğinde kuruma teslim edilir ve en geç 30 gün içinde OculaMeet sistemlerinden silinir. Kurumun mevzuattan doğan saklama yükümlülüğü kuruma aittir.
- Toplu ölçüm özetleri: katılım kaydıyla birlikte.
8. Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11)
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, koşullar oluştuğunda silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini ve bunların aktarıldığı kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Başvurularınızı öncelikle veri sorumlusu olan kuruma yapınız. OculaMeet'e () gelen başvurular ilgili kuruma iletilir ve yanıtlanmasına destek olunur.
9. Tarayıcıda saklananlar
Reklam ya da analitik çerezi kullanılmaz. Yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için zorunlu olanlar saklanır: oturum bilgisi (kimlik doğrulama), sekme kapanana kadar adınız, dil tercihiniz, cihazınızdaki not defteriniz.

1. Data controller and data processor
The organisation / employer running the training or meeting you attend is the data controller; its name is shown when you enter the session. (“OculaMeet”), which provides the platform, acts as data processor on behalf of and on the instructions of the organisation.

Your image, voice and screen content are not recorded. As a participant, your camera image is not sent to anyone.
3. Attention and fatigue measurement (only with explicit consent)
- Your camera image never leaves your device; your browser only computes numbers from it: blink rate, eyelid closure ratio, head and gaze orientation, yawning. No face template is created, no identification is performed, no emotion is inferred.
- These numbers travel directly and encrypted to the trainer's browser (not through a server). The trainer's screen does not show your name (“K-number”) and individual cards appear only when at least 5 participants take part in measurement. Technically, the trainer's browser knows which connection the data came from; the interface does not link it to a name and does not store it.
- No individual measurement is stored on the server. Only the group average of minutes in which at least 5 people took part is written to the attendance record.
- Only you see your own results, and you can download them to your device if you wish.
- Whether you consented is not shown to the trainer or the organisation; the consent record (version, time, number of withdrawals) is kept separately and is accessible only to you and, where legal proof is required, to the platform administrator.
- Consent is entirely optional. If you decline, you attend the session in exactly the same way; your attendance record is kept unchanged. You can withdraw consent with a single tap during the session.
4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Transfers
- The organisation (controller): attendance record and report.
- Sub-processors: Google (Firebase — database, authentication, hosting; data in European Union data centres, “eur3” region) and Cloudflare (connection relay — only encrypted media passes through and cannot be decrypted). These constitute transfers abroad and rely on the safeguards of KVKK Art. 9 (standard contract).
- Competent public authorities, only where required by law.
6. Method of collection
Data is collected electronically and automatically through the joining form and while the platform operates.
7. Retention
- Connection set-up messages: deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- Attendance record: kept for the term of the agreement between the organisation and OculaMeet; handed over to the organisation on termination and deleted from OculaMeet systems within 30 days at the latest. Statutory retention obligations of the organisation remain with the organisation.
- Group measurement summaries: together with the attendance record.
8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if so; to learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request rectification if incomplete or inaccurate, and erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, and notification of these to recipients; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Please address your requests primarily to the organisation, as data controller. Requests received by OculaMeet () are forwarded to the relevant organisation and supported.
9. What is stored in your browser
No advertising or analytics cookies are used. Only what is strictly necessary for the service is stored: session information (authentication), your name until the tab is closed, your language preference, and your notebook on your device.
